Customer Intelligence Analyst – E-Mobility

RetailSonar is a rapidly expanding SAAS company specializing in geomarketing for major retail and service enterprises. We have offices already in 4 countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Germany) and are technologically ready for further scaling up toward European market leadership. Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Intelligence Analyst to join our sales colleagues in our offices in Ghent (BE), Utrecht (NL), Paris (FR) or Hamburg (DE).  

Our recent breakthrough, "ChargePlanner" (visit chargeplanner.ai), is a cutting-edge solution that aids European charging point operators like Total Energies, Engie, Shell, Avia, and others in making informed decisions regarding the optimal locations for new EV charging stations. Our unique platform is fed by state of the art AI technology and up-to-date market data, which is the base of our very accurate performance prediction.

To propel the success of ChargePlanner and drive our business forward, we are in search of a Customer Intelligence Analyst specifically for our ChargePlanner product. Your future colleagues have a great affinity with big data, data processing and predictive modeling. Our employees are true multitaskers: they work simultaneously on multiple projects at major clients.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Your daily tasks include the configuration of our European platforms, validating and analysing e-mobility data and guiding our customers towards an optimal charging point network.
  • You will maintain frequent contact with the customers you work for.
  • Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We achieve this by delivering high-quality end results and going the extra mile. Our analysts rise to any challenge and dare to think outside the box.

About you:

  • Preferably, you hold an bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical/economical or business area which is complemented by a master's degree in data technology (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics)
  • A first experience in a data driven position is a strong plus
  • You have a sharp, analytical mind
  • You have a passion for data processing (SQL, Excel, Python, , ...)
  • You have the courage, enthusiasm, persuasiveness and a corresponding language skills to talk to the topmanagement of our (international) customers.
  • Next to your local language you have also excellent English communication skills.
  • You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and get in touch with our customers.
  • You have an eye for detail and know how to translate data into easy-to-grasp customer insights.
  • You are a self-starter that can work independently.
