Do you know how to drive international growth for a SAAS solution and are you able to steer a European sales organization towards maximal success? Are you a strategic thinker? An excellent communicator? Who is driven by results & clear targets?

Then you might be the ideal fit to become our new VP International Sales


Your Responsibilities

  • International Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive international growth for our multi-site European companies. Identify new market opportunities and penetrate key markets to expand our customer base and increase market share.

  • Team Management and Coaching: Lead, manage, and coach a high-performing sales and marketing team spread across multiple locations. Set clear goals and targets, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives.

  • Sales Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, providing regular performance reports to management. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies to optimize sales processes and maximize revenue generation.

  • Business Development and Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business development opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and leverage market insights to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Provide strategic recommendations to management based on market analysis and customer insights.

  • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Work closely with the CEO to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as required to ensure financial objectives are achieved.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, operations, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


What's your profile?

  • Proven track record of successfully driving international sales growth, preferably within multi-site European companies.

  • Extensive experience in managing and coaching sales and marketing teams, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets.

  • In-depth knowledge of international markets and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in different regions.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive performance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Fluent in English, additional European languages would be an advantage.
